Bubba, aka, Jack Mitchell is an avid inventor and idea man. The BubbaRubba Back Scratcher came out of necessity. Jack was trying to figure out how to help his elderly father after hearing him complaining about having a hard time reaching around to scratch his backwit a hand held back scratcher. Jacks' dad lived in a trailer house and  where the hall started, Jack saw a wall and the idea came to make something to put there so his dad could scratch his back on it. A wall mounted or corner mounted back scratcher would work there. Through trial and error he decided on the simple plastic version similar to the one now being made.  Current versions are made out of PVC plastic, although the first were polystyrene. The adhesive pads are a soft 1/2 inch square made by a well known company in the tape industry. Jack  also has Tiki torch holders that attach to wood decks holding them away from the wood while allowing the torches to be used on high decks.  Several other Ideas from the drawing board are in the works. Jack hopes to have them out soon.
